The Boca Speech Center began in 1979 with a single therapist, Audrey Greenwald. Today the Boca Speech Center works with over 70 contract professional Speech Language Pathologists and Occupational Therapists. Despite the growth in our business, Boca Speech Center remains a family owned and operated business with easy access to the Mrs. Greenwald, and her daughter Nikki, who is a Speech and Language Pathologist with a post graduate certification in Autism Spectrum Disorders. The Boca Speech Center supports and encourages a collaborative approach. Our contract therapists have colleagues and contemporaries with whom they can discuss cases and treatment approaches, network, or simply share ideas and fun. SLP’s, CFY’s & Externs are Always Welcome.

The Boca Speech Center welcomes Speech Language Pathologists at all levels. Currently, BSC is an externship site for all of the Florida Universities, as well as many universities throughout the United States. It is estimated in the past 30+ years Boca Speech Center has trained over 250 SLP’s to become professional, competent, and skilled therapists. Because the experience is so positive, most externs continue their CF year with BSC and become full time certified SLP’s after that.
